R6 3 AL BAYREG produced a strong late run to win his maiden and he can progress further although. 4 ANDI’S GIRL has shown ability and has her first run back from Cape Town. 1 GOLDEN PAVILION has improved with earpieces and has a chance. 2 WILLOW EXPRESS is off a dangerous mark at present and should make a bold bid from a plum draw. R7 8 CIAN THE CONQUEROR showed what he is capable of in first time earpieces and he should do well over this suitable trip from a fair draw. 6 WARHAWK BOMBER is in fine form and from a good draw over a suitable trip can make a bold bid to claim a hattrick despite being five points higher in the merit ratings. 10 JOKER MAN looks to be a talented sort who is progressive and he should handle the step up in trip but does have a tricky draw. 7 CAPTAIN OF GRIT is ultra consistent and he should be right there again. R8 8 LOVEGRASS was backed on debut and won comfortably so can follow up off a reasonable merit rating of 79 from a plum draw. 1 GOCEKWITHLOVE ran well first time out the maidens and is only one point higher and has a middle draw. 4 WOMEN OF FAME has a more favourable draw than last time and if bouncing back will be a big runner. 6 HEIRLOOM is course and distance suited and well drawn.
