The colt pictured above is by Wootton Bassett (Iffraaj) out of a full sister to the South African-based Galileo stallion The United States and he fetched €500,000 at the Goffs Orby Book 1 Sale this week. 

Galileo stallion The United States stands at Moutonshoek for a fee of R30,000 and in his first three crops has produced Gr 2 and dual Listed winner Sheela, Gr 3 winner Billy Bowlegs, Gr 3 winner Without Question and dual Listed winner Khaya’s Hope as well as stakes-placed runners East Coast, Smith And Wesson, Sun Blushed, Texas Red, The Charleston, Pure Maverick and Philosophise.
