Garth Puller had a double with Parmeniion (Crusade), bred by Tertia Properties (nom: SC Harley) ridden by Robert Khathi, and Queue Wing (Querari) bred by Birch Brothers.
Queue Wing gave apprentice Kyle Strydom the 100th win of his career.
High-flying Jason Gates rode a double on the Glen Kotzen-trained Famous And Rich (Visionaire), bred by Lammerskraal Stud, and the Louis Goosen-trained Beckoning Beauty (What A Winter), bred by Maine Chance Farms.
