Luke Ferraris had a full meeting at Happy Valley yesterday with nine rides and had a nice return of a win, two seconds, a third, a fourth and a fifth.
He won the last race over 1650m on the Tony Cruz-trained 12/1 shot Winning Dragon (Ivan Denisovich) and thus joined Lyle Hewitson on ten wins for the season.
He has been riding at a strike rate of 9.9% and looks set to make a breakthrough.
