R2 (2) Justcantgetenough is knocking on the door and will be strong contender on current form. (1) And Action has an eye-catching jockey booking and brings good form into this contest so has be included in all bets. (3) Consigliere gets a better draw now and won’t be far. (4) Newton Heath ran a much-improved race in the last start and will need to build on that to feature. ( Devonne Govender 2-1-3-4)
R3 (4) Best Intentions has been consistent overall and will make the frame with a handy weight in an open looking contest. (1) Fanny Kemble ran a decent enough race in the last start and can build on that. (3) La Pequenita must be respected as she comes from and in form trainer jockey combination and improvement on current form can be expected. (6) Mad World can get much closer if continuing to progress from that last run. ( Devonne Govender 4-1-3-6)
R4 (5) Dance Mo is making progress with every start and will be a massive contender. (3) Millennium Dancer is never far back and cannot be discounted. (4) Sundrop has been running well and gets Richard Fourie up however has had many chances. (7) Kamaria can get much closer if building on that last run. ( Devonne Govender 5-3-4-7)
R5 (2) Central City is holding top form and will be the firm first choice. His most recent poly win was outstanding from a bad draw and he could take some beating here respectfully. (4) Magical Midlands won well in the last start a decent odds and will need to repeat that performance here. (8) Alado’s Pride won at long odds and is a very honest type so include in larger perms. (5) Storm Commander is very capable on his day and should be respected. (Devonne Govender 2-4-8-5)
R6 (8) Lady Writer is holding consistent form and will be a massive contender for top honours however there are many dangers. (6) Raising Quinn is a very honest type and is capable of doing work and still running on so include her in all bets. (1) Dame Of Flames gets the claimer up which throws her right into this contest and must be factored into the calculations. (7) St Cloud is never far back and can get much closer. R7 (2) Gocekwithlove represents decent enough highveld form to win this contest. (7) Allende has always been rated but does have a tough draw to overcome. (3) Red Sash is holding good form but does have a tough draw, she can win this. (10) Dream Scape is very capable on her day and will be flying late. ( Devonne Govender 2-7-3-10)
R8 (5) Si Gioca is holding top form and could be hard to beat here. (2) Kilmonivaig has plenty of ability and can challenge strongly. (7) Reunion Hotspot is never far back and another honest run can be expected. (11) Jambo Sana can much closer for the placings. ( Devonne Govender 5-2-7-11)
