Rachel Venniker rode a double for her guv’nor Michael Roberts on the Hollywoodbets Greyville polytrack today to reach 53 winners for the season.It was her first win for over a month and in the process she restored her lead over Kaidan Brewer to ten in the National Apprentice Championship.

Brewer rode one winner at the meeting.

Keagan de Melo rode a treble at the meeting to maintain his fine form for 2022.

He has ridden 129 winners this season at a strike rate of 16.17%.

However, his return since January 1 is 72 winners at a strike rate of 18.90% with only Warren Kennedy on 90 having ridden more winners than him this calendar year.
