Warren Kennedy is still waiting for his visa for New Zealand to come through.
However, he said there was a 90% chance he would be emigrating to the Antipodean country.
His lawyers are confident he will get the visa.
They said it was just a matter of the relevant paper work being completed.
He has already signed a contract with a riding centre.
The twice SA champion jockey is enjoying a much deserved holiday with his family at present and has just returned from the Kruger Park.
They are now heading to Greece.
He will only be back here on September 9.
He said he would ride in SA temporarily if the visa had not come through by the end of his holiday.
In the unlikely event of the visa being declined he will obviously attempt to win back his old first call positions to the like of Paul Peter and Gavin Smith.
