Ka Ying Rising, who has been labelled the world’s best sprinter after winning 12 races in succession, including four Gr 1s and three Gr 2s, will be running in th world’s richest turf race in October, the Aus $20 million TAB Everest, which will be run over 1200m at Randwick racecourse in Sydney on Sunday, October 18.
Trained by the ex-pat Australian David Hayes, the Hong Kong Jockey Club acquired a slot (a slot costs a cool AUS$700,000) for the superstar as part of a two year agreement with the Austalian Turf Club.
