Gold Circle has reassessed its position as far as the race meetings scheduled for today, Sunday 27th, and tomorrow, Monday 28th, are concerned.

 

Following penetrometer readings of 42 earlier today, the prospects of racing on the turf tomorrow are considered extremely remote.

 

As a consequence, Gold Circle has decided to reinstate the Monday race programme and to abandon the race meeting scheduled for today.

 

The King’s Cup will be postponed as carded to form part of next Sunday’s race meeting at Hollywoodbets Scottsville.
