The progressive four-year-old Andre Nel-trained Legislate gelding Airways Law came from last to win today’s Grade 3 Hollywoodbets Dolphins Cup Trial under Gareth Wright by a quarter-of-a-length from the gallant Mount Anderson.

The lightly raced horse has had only eight starts for five wins and was described as immature by both Wright and assistant trainer Byron Forster.

It will be interesting to see whether the Sabine Plattner homebred, who raced off a 90 merit rating and was receiving just 2kg from 104 rated Mount Anderson, is supplemented for the Hollywoodbets Durban July.
