R2 2 BEZONDER has not been disgraced in three starts against good opposition in Cape Town and can beat this field. 4 ONE GIANT LEAP had moderate Cape Town form in three starts before going close on East Cape debut. 1 PRINCESS BEAUTIFUL had reasonable Cape Town form and can do better than her East Cape debut. 5 HAT MONTERA is improving but has a harder task than last time when close up in an open maiden. R3 1 LOVEGRASS has consistent form and with Fourie back aboard could go close. 3 MYTHICAL DREAM would have come on from her last start and could be involved. 2 BOMBER GIRL is in fine form and has a chance back in an ordinary handicap after going close in a Listed race last time. 7 HER ROYALTY has the ability to earn. R4 2 ORIGINAL COPY made a fine debut and can follow up off a reasonable 76 merit rating. 1 ASPOESTERTJIE had consistent KZN form and should be in the shake up. 4 THING CALLED LOVE only has a two point raise for a win last time to overcome. 9 SMASHING won well last time and only has to overcome a two point raise. R5 8 MUNCHKIN has always had a lot of ability but tends to not put it in at the raceourse but he made a good local debut and the change of environment might see him coming into his own. 4 BETHEL is a hardknocker over the minimum trip and should be right there. 5 AADEHYA is off a competitive merit rating and could be a threat. 1 KING’S RANSOM only just failed last time over 1400m but enjoys this trip too. R6 1 ASINANTANGA had fair Cape Town form and only just failed on his local debut. 7 AMERICAN PITBULL is on the up but has a wide draw to overcome. 4 CLIFFIE CLAVIN could earn if producing his best. 5 CHEERFUL CHARLIE B caan go close if reproducing his penultimate start. (1-7-4-5)
