(9) Three Cheers wasn’t far on debut and will build on that performance with scope to get much closer. (2) Extraction is capable on best form and will be challenger. R2 (1) Zatara Magic showed his class in the last start and will be a huge runner here hence him being the firm first selection. (2) Runaway Song has ability and won’t be far. R3 (4) Coral Creek is overdue and a bold showing is expected. (6) Oliver Twist is improving and will be the main danger to the top selection. R4 (4) Anchor Man ran well in the last start and can build on that good performance so rates the one to beat in an open looking race. (7) Donny’s Boy is holding form well and is another with a strong winning chance. (8) Gardener’s Pride wasn’t far in the last start and will get much closer. R5 (10) Arabian Red is very capable and will be a strong contender for top honours. (8) Lady Writer is holding top form and will be right there. (7) Beau Kala is another that is holding consistent form and will be right there in the mix. R6 (5) Juan Carlos is holding form well and rates a strong winning chance. (1) No Place Like Home is very capable on his day and can win this if bringing his ‘A’ game. (2) Downing Seven was an easy winner in the last start at big odds and will need to repeat that performance here. Some of his better runs seem to be reserved for the poly respectively. R8 (7) Masked Vigilante has been holding consistent form and rates a huge chance. (1) Innamorare represents good Cape form and will be a huge runner here. (2) Brenden James is very capable on his day and will have a huge shout on best form. He hasn’t had the best of draws recently but will be in the firing line.
