R1 3 FIERY PEGASUS looks promising and should start coming onto her own but does have a tricky draw.1 ANDI’S GIRL is a progressive sort who should be right there from a good draw. 4 VOLARE E MAMBO is better than her last start and can bounce back from pole position. 5 WINTER MUSE has shlown enough to be able to place. R2 3 VIX PRINCESS should have come on from her last run and has a good chance at the weights here. 4 CHESTNUT BOMBER has shown ability against some decent sorts and could still improve further. 6 SPRING TRADITION has faced some good sorts without being disgraced and looks to have the ability to progress. 7 BAY EMPIRE has run two good races and Gavi Lerena is up but does carry 1kg overweight. R3 7 SHES EVERYTHING enjoyed the step up in trip last time and could have more to come so is the one to beat from a good draw. 1 CITY LIGHTS has been a hard knocker for a long time but usually fineds one too good, although Lerena is up from a fair draw and she has a chance. 2 AMBITIOUS LADY enjoyed 2000m last time and should enjoy this trip too. 5 PERFORM is capable of a strong finish and went well for this jockey, Marco van Rensburg, last time. R4 2 NETTLETON is a talented sprinter who is consistent off tihis mark and from a good draw she has a chance. 3 RIDE ON is in fine form but did cop a four point raise last time and has a wide draw. 4 TURBO POWER is drawn in pole and the Tarry yard should start kicking into gear so he has a chance over a suitable course and distance with a 2,5kg claimer up. 1 FOSTINOVO
R5 6 MAJESTIC TOUCH is knocking on the door and can get it right this time. 1 DUAL PROPHECY is a full brother to See It Again and has shown hints of class but did hang in last time when winning and this is his second run after a layoff. 8 FLAG BEARER is a strong galloper and always has a chance if having luck in running. 3 SAFE SPACE is in good form and should be in the shake up again. (6-1-8-3)
R6 2 PRESLEY represents an in form partnership and is distance suited and should be coming into his own, but has a tricky draw. 3 MAX THE MAGICIAN has been in consistent form but has to overcome a four point raise for his win over 1400m but Lerena stays up. 5 POCKET WATCH will enjoy the step back to 1600m and can earn. 6 ATARIME is drawn well and is only two points hitgher for his last win and undeer these conditions could have a chance. (2-3-5-6)
R7 9 BACK IN BUSINESS was thought of as good enough to take part in a Gr 1 wfa mile and stamped his class over 1450m last time and can do so again off a six point higher mark. 2 QUANTUM THEORY has a lot of ability and off just a three point higher mark for his good last win over 1160m he can do well here from a good draw. 3 READY TO CHARGE was drawn on the wrong side in the Computaform Sprint and did not enjoy blinkers and they are mnow off and cheekpieces are on and he has a fair draw. 7 CHYAVANA is consistent and enjoys this trip but does have a tricky draw. R8 2 CAPTAIN PEG has class and is ideally suited to this tight track when well drawn and she has landed a good draw of three. 1 EXCHANGE STUDENT is in fine form and handled the step up to 1100m last time so can do well here but has a tricky draw of six and has to carry topweight. 4 PLATINA PRINCESS looked promising at one stage and from a good draw might be able to run well fresh. 5 IN THE BEGINNING has come classs and is distance suited but has a tough draw. R9 7 TOWERS OF GOLD is a hard knocker who enjoyed the step up to 1600m last time and should enjoy this further step up and has a fair draw. 8 ROMAN’S REVENGE is drawn in pole and this well bred Fire Away gelding should enjoy the step up in trip. 1 MO MENT has caught the eye as one capable of improvement and should enjoy the trip. 2 CHIEF OF STAFF could earn under a 2,5kg claimer.
