LYLE Hewitson and Muzi Yeni are excited about riding at Sunday’s Kranji meeting ahead of Tuesday’s PGI Jockeys International at the Singapore track.

The South African pair walked sections of the track alongside Gareth Pepper on Sunday morning and are keen to get a feel for race riding at the venue.

Pepper said: “Muzi rides Eye Guy for Michael Clements in Race 6, this is one of my bets for the day, they should go close. Lyle has good place prospects in Race 9 on Dicton for Clifford Brown, but his best ride is possibly on Paddington in Race 10.”

Aldo Domeyer has not arrived in Singapore as yet and will be replaced by Hewitson on his mount Acrobat in Race 2.

Races 5 to 11 will be shown live on Tellytrack.
